@abhealthin 4. Had to escalate this on Twitter as customer support has been unresponsive and unable to provide clear guidance. Disappointing experience, especially when this involves a senior citizen in need of timely care.

@abhealthin 2. Recently, he was hospitalized due to severe fever, and we opted for a network hospital and applied for cashless treatment. Shockingly, the claim was rejected stating BP as a pre-existing condition and asking us to prove he didn’t have BP before policy purchase.

@abhealthin 1. My father-in-law purchased a ₹15L policy, declared all existing conditions, and even underwent regular health checkups provided by the insurer. It was during one such checkup (after 2 years) that they diagnosed him with BP.
