@heyletsmakestuf I’m super reactive to them 😩 But I kid you not the best thing I’ve found to take the itch and swelling out of them is coconut oil. As soon as you feel the itch-apply.

It's shameful for any company that exists today to not be sustainable. Not just "more" sustainable than last year, not working on "phasing out" plastic bags or setting arbitrary goals with no accountability, but making every move with the earth and humanity in mind.

It's so weird when you mention microplastics as a negative and someone says "well, they haven't fully researched the effects!" Like...do you think, if and when they do complete the research, that the results will be "it's all good, guys!" Cause...I doubt it!

As an herbalist, one thing I wish all humans knew that are interested in exploring them, is that the most common culinary and garden herbs — the ones you already know and have already heard of, became that close to we humans as plant allies because they are powerhouses. They stood the ancestral tests of time: Basil Rosemary Chamomile Thyme Oregano Rosemary Mint Garden Sage Dill Nettle Dandelion Cilantro Ginger Chives, etc There are a few others that are the culinary and common pot herbs. These are the plants that humans trying to survive everything from the plague to malnourishment to illness chose as their favorites to keep around for hundreds to thousands of years. So much so we find them boring now. We forget their power now that we can buy them in a supermarket. Treasure and grow these plants for yourself, eat from them. They are true Medicine. I challenge you all to not google what each of these plants do and let them teach you what good medicine tastes and feels like. Eat them in hot steeped teas, baths, omelettes, pestos, salads, tonic shots. Know your dosages and go for it.

@lingerie_addict Not a coffee drinker at all, but tried iced coffee the last couple of days because it’s been hot, and I haven’t had a decent night’s sleep since.

Currently making a gorgeous reversible vest for my lil sis that she saw on Instagram. The incredible @daylahanh designed the pattern (lots of math 😅) And the good news is you can make it from whatever fibre yarn you wish (that post yesterday that enflamed so many 😬)

@avitalforce @cvcwellness It’s apparently amazing for binding heavy metals and mitochondrial function. Some people on the forum I read (a long time ago, so do your own research 😅) were saying they had better results with this than glutathione.

It's wild how folks still shell out big bucks for 'fancy' haircare products that end up torching their hair follicles, drying out their scalps, ramping up dandruff, and leaving them scratching like crazy (and let’s not even start on the hormone havoc 🙃) Meanwhile, you could just use raw eggs, rosemary essential oil, castor oil, methylene blue and apple cider vinegar, and voila—hair woes solved. Unbelievable. I wish more people (especially dudes trying to reverse hair loss) would stop drying their scalps with chemicals and realize their head craves medicine. My hair after a weekly 20-30 minute mask feels thick and bountiful. Get a shower filter. Opt for organic. Boycott big hair ‘care’.

@HandOutToHelp @cvcwellness Spoon of ACV in a 500ml bottle of water is great as a final rinse when washing your hair. Don’t worry about the smell, it doesn’t smell when your hair dries off. Use it myself once a week, and also on the dog. Great for rebalancing PH and lovely shine ✨

@cvcwellness Could I use apple cider vinegar on its own? Any other recommendations? Also, any recommendations for hair gel that isn’t bad for me? Interesting informative post.
