Sometimes i cant say that ive hurt people on “accident” sometimes its on purpose but the intent wasnt to actually harm them, more just push boundaries and i understand its still wrong. Idk how to fix it

It usually goes like >i hurt someone >they get upset, angry or sad >i get sad too and seek their understanding >they dont want to give it to me bc i obviously hurt them and theyre upset >i feel guilty for being sad
