@NalediChirwa You can never be more stupid than a eff member, first of all we need a full clip for context, secondly there's nothing wrong about him saying home affairs should be held accountable

Immigration might be a national competency, but the pressure shows up at local level first, housing, clinics, schools, policing, sanitation. That’s municipalities. Saying local elections have “nothing to do” with immigration is exactly the problem. Who deals with overcrowded informal settlements? Who deals with service delivery strain? Who deals with by-law enforcement? It’s local government. So no, people aren’t being misled, they’re living the reality daily. You can’t tell communities what they’re experiencing isn’t linked just because of a textbook definition of roles. And calling it “populism” is lazy. There is a real capacity issue. Municipal budgets are already stretched for citizens, now add unplanned population growth — that’s a fact, not a slogan. Also, no one is saying councillors control borders. The point is simple: policy decisions at national level have direct consequences at local level, and voters will respond to that. That’s how democracy works. Instead of dismissing concerns, maybe EFF should listen before it’s too late? I fear for EFF this coming elections 💔.

If @HermanMashaba had any basic understanding of what is a mandate of each sphere of government as enshrined in the constitution - which at his level ought to be a basic understanding of systems in this country, he would know and stop misleading people to assume that the November Local Government elections have anything to do with the immigration question!!!! Populism of the highest order, it’s criminal when you want to miseducate and misdirect society at this level. Treasonous if you ask me, because people will start attacking ward councillors after elections on the basis of being misinformed on their roles and responsibilities. Umdala. Stop it

This November, South Africa must choose: restored border control or continued chaos at our borders. #VoteActionSA

We all stand with Julius Malema in these difficult times. The institutions we should be attacking are the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Labour, and the BMA. There’s nothing fruitful we are going to achieve by attacking people who are in South Africa because of the same system that still makes South Africa the country with the highest inequality. Ngithukeni ke zinja🤣🤣🤣🤣

@newslivesa Why is Julius Malema making fun of unskilled black South Africans, as if it's their fault? This is very ignorant and foolish, from someone who claims to be fighting for black people!

@Nono1371265 @ZizinjaAbelungu Mandela spent nearly 72 months in strict solitary confinement during his 27-year imprisonment. That's six years alone in a cell. He preached peace. I wonder who the better person was?
