Some coming-togethers make strategic sense. Some feel like they were always meant to be. This one is both. We are proud to welcome Chandrasekaran Duraiswamy -- Chandra as he is known fondly -- to Avtar Career Creators Limited as our Chief Marketing Officer. Chandra has spent 25 years building brands that are visible, trusted, and human. He has led enterprise change programs, driven high-impact communications, championed workplace inclusion, and today authors and speaks on careers, disruption, and navigating uncertainty. His book, When The Ground Shifts, is a strategic playbook for professionals at every stage of their career journey. At Avtar, we have spent 25 years saying the same thing through a different lens.
