UNFORCED ERRORS IN TRADING Really enjoyed this post from @austinmitchyblu. Where are you losing the easiest pnl? What are the systems to fix that? Far and away, my top unforced errors were: -Not sizing down or taking day off while sick, hungover, or tired. -Allowing outside distractions to interrupt my trading during market hours. Talk about losing some easy money! Imagine being paid 5-figures to take the day off when sick or hungover. And same for hiring an assistant to help me with outside distractions. It took me way too long to internalize and accept that, rather than try to be the hero.
