🥹 And with that, the 2025/26 season comes to an end. I want to thank everyone following us for the continuous support throughout the season, it's once again been a joy to cover this wonderful team day in, day out. It's not always the easiest task to cover this team across the pond, but I wouldn't change it for a thing. This season, we've grown to a three-man team that's been so strong in covering this team to all extents, and for that I want to send a special thanks to @awfctobin and @elsieheatherr. A shame that we couldn't finish the season with domestic silverware, but I'm sure that Renée Slegers and her backroom staff can bring this club to new heights in the upcoming seasons. Bring on the summer, bring on the transfer window and bring on a bigger and better season next season. 👊

🤑 According to German sports site @BILD, the fee paid by Arsenal for Lisa Baum has broken the all-time record for a Bundesliga Frauen transfer payment. The record stood at €550,000 – Arsenal paid RB Leipzig around €600,000 to secure the youngster's signature.

It's losing my mum before I can give her the life she truly deserves. She's given me everything, her love, her time, her strength, and she never asked for anything in return. She deserves the world, and I just want to give her all the happiness and love she's given me. Nothing scares me more than a world where I can't hear her voice. I can't bear the thought of not feeling her hugs and kisses, not being able to tell her how much she means to me, not being able to call for my mum. I just want her to stay long enough to see that all her sacrifices mattered. I've watched her carry the weight of the world on her shoulders, fight battles she never let us see, and swallow her own pain so we could have peace. And despite everything life has thrown at her, she still showed up for us every single time with a smile. She is the most beautiful, patient, gentle, wise, loving, courageous, and strongest person I know, and I'm incredibly proud and grateful to be raised by this amazing woman. You're so deeply loved by all. You're a warrior. You deserve a cape. You are so unintentionally funny. I'm going to miss you giving me lectures and seeing you walk through that front door, and all the little things that make you, you. But I'm so glad you're not in pain anymore.
