VC-Startup Matchmaking at @philblockchain. There's nothing better than seeing founders pitch their projects in person to the investors for 3 minutes. You need to say all the necessary things in a very short amount of time. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot as well. :)

A HARVARD psychologist says: “if you’ve achieved nothing by 25, you’ve avoided the most destructive illusion of youth” > In 2021, a Harvard psychologist surprised a lecture hall with an unexpected statement: “If you haven’t accomplished much by 25, you may have escaped one of youth’s biggest illusions.” At first, the room laughed. She wasn’t kidding. > The illusion of early success. In your early 20s, the brain seeks quick proof of worth ~status, attention, rapid achievements. But psychologists warn that chasing recognition too soon can lock people into roles or paths they never consciously chose. They decide too early… and spend years trying to undo it. > The exploration phase. Research on career development suggests that people who explore more before 30 often build stronger long-term directions. Testing ideas. Making mistakes in public. Changing course. At 25 it looks like confusion ….but by 35 it often turns into clarity. People who feel “behind” in their mid-20s frequently gain something others miss: Perspective. Patience. And a clearer sense of what truly matters to them. That foundation often leads to better decisions later on. At the end of the lecture, the psychologist left the students with one final thought: “You’re not meant to have life fully figured out at 25.” “You’re meant to discover who you’re not.”

Listen, most people think money problems come from earning too little. Often, the real problem is time blindness. A $1,000 mistake at age 25 might cost you $20,000 by age 45. A $10,000 delay in investing at age 30 might quietly erase $100,000 by retirement. This is not because the numbers are dramatic, but because time multiplies both wisdom and mistakes. The market rewards those who start early, and punishes those who start perfectly. Many people spend their 20s and 30s trying to look successful. The quiet ones spend that same period buying time. By the time everyone else wakes up, the compounding has already done the talking.

When someone actually takes profit in their lifetime and makes 6-7 figures: - Spend €5-10k euro a month - Designer clothing - Stop cooking - ~ €100k car What I do: - Put capital to work at 5-10% interest a year - Drive my Dacia - Shop at primark - Home cook - Never run out of money even if I never spend a single day working anymore At the end of the ride I'm still able to pass on my entire wealth to my kids so they can continue the loop indefinitely. All while having a great life myself.

If your father or mother is above 67, please pause and read this slowly. At that age, life begins to feel different for them. The world moves faster, but their bodies move slower. The things they once did effortlessly now require effort. Their strength is not what it used to be, and even if they don’t say it, they feel it. What they need now is not pressure. Not stress. Not arguments about money or past mistakes. They need stability. They need reassurance. They need to feel safe. If they have savings, protect it. This is not the stage for risky investments or “let’s try this opportunity.” It is the stage for preservation. Capital safety matters more than high returns. Peace of mind matters more than profit. If they depend on you financially, don’t see it as a burden. See it as a privilege. The same hands that once carried you are now weaker. The same voices that defended you now speak softer. Support them with dignity, not pity. And beyond money, give them something deeper. Call them without being in a hurry. Sit with them without checking your phone every two minutes. Let them repeat stories you’ve heard before. One day, you will wish to hear those stories again. At 67 and above, what they truly fear is not death. It is loneliness. It is feeling forgotten. Take care of their health. Help them organize their documents. Make sure they are not being financially manipulated. Protect them from stress. But most importantly, protect their heart. Because one day, the chair they sit on will be empty. And no amount of money will buy back one more conversation.

I’m 35. If you’re in the 25-35 bracket, you’ll notice this: - Some friends are married to their soulmates. - Others are quietly googling "how to file for divorce." - Some are hitting a 5 AM personal best in the gym. - Others are battling burnout and anxiety. - Some are meditating, reading, and healing. - Others are escaping reality with cheap dopamine. This decade is messy. It’s brutal. It’s beautiful. There is no rulebook. There is no "perfect" pace. Move at your own speed. Your timeline isn’t broken - it’s yours.

Read more books. Workout more. Take more walks. Have more honest conversations. The stuff that actually changes your life is incredibly boring.

I'm 37. Instead of regretting that I can't wake up age 18 again, I pretend to myself that I'm 90 and I've woken up age 37 again, and that I get to magically, wonderfully have the next 50 years again.

i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini. i want to be rich so i can control my time and go to the gym at 3pm on a monday. sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon. so i can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients. spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget. that's my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.

I'm a millionaire. It’s not your fault you aren’t rich yet. Read that again. If you’re ambitious but still stuck, this is for you. You’re not broken. The game was rigged long before you started playing. The system doesn’t want you to escape. It needs you tired, confused and “grateful” for a safe little life. Let me show you how it’s been conditioning you from day one: 1. School: training you to be a worker The world needs obedient workers, so school builds you into one. You’re taught to sit still, follow instructions, ask for permission, and be rewarded for compliance, not creativity. The curriculum hasn’t been properly updated in decades. Nobody teaches you how money really works. Nobody teaches you how to think for yourself, start a business, or become financially free. Instead, they funnel you down the same path as everyone else. And if you take the same path as everyone else, you get the same results as everyone else. 2. Parents: passing down the programming As a kid, you believe what your parents say by default. You have no way of fact-checking any of it. Most parents mean well. They love you. But they were programmed by the same system, so the brainwashing just continues at home. I remember every time I asked about money, I was shut down. That’s not an accident. The ultra rich know that if ordinary people start talking about money openly, they’ll eventually figure out how to get more of it. More for you means less control for them. So they keep you polite, quiet, and in the dark. 3. Social media: stealing your future Now add social media into the mix. The platforms are owned and controlled by the richest people in the world. Their business model is simple: capture your attention and never give it back. Attention is the new currency. If you’re giving all of yours to them, you’re leaving none for your own goals. Imagine how many future millionaires are being robbed of their potential because they’re glued to their phones instead of taking action. Years sacrificed to scrolling. So how do you fight back? The fact you’re reading this tells me something important: The system hasn’t killed your ambition. You’re one of the rare ones who went through all that conditioning and still came out the other side with a spark. Now you have to use it. - Start the side hustle you’ve been thinking about. - Ask for the promotion you know you deserve. - Learn a real money skill. - Launch the business that’s been living in your notes app for a year. You’ll make mistakes. Everyone does. But as long as you keep moving, you can’t stay stuck. And remember this: Never lose your ambition. It’s the one thing they can’t take from you. GM! 🦥 On a misty morning in Snoozle Town’s training ground, Snoozle Rocky Balboa stands before the bag. Master watches from the treetop, nodding in approval. Each slow blow marks our commitment to endure the day’s challenges. 🥊 “But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!" 🏆 In this quiet jungle, we build our vision with the same resilience.
