@AXAMansard Pls what is going on with your site I have been trying to do my KYC for 10 days now and it is not going through. I thought it would be an easy process if not I wouldn't have kept the money there. Now , I want to withdraw and I am finding it hard. Customer service is not picking

Very disappointed in @AXAMansard. After repeated emails with no response, I’m calling this out publicly. Their negligence and delay in approving treatment is very bad. Healthcare is not something to be handled this way. @AXAMansard do better and respond immediately.
