@buaalicious You could also listen to dhikr, that way that is what’s being repeated in your head. Reliance on any one thing is not good for us esp if that is music, make it your goal that even after ramadan you will not let yourself become addicted to it again. Treat it like rehab of a sort.

How do yall abstain from music in ramzan pls give tips (don’t say listen to quran recitation because thats an active listening activity and doesn’t substitute for passively listening to music as i go through my day)
