Also, I wish we could have been more compassionate toward those fleeing violence from e.g. Syria, Afganistan, Ethiopia... We are just humans who want peace and the best possible future for our children. Suffering from violence knows no border, nationality or race.

Great to see Europe and the world coming together to support Ukraine. We really need to re-think our long-term energy supply for a peaceful and greener future on our planet. Europe's dependence on Russian oil should not cost Ukrainian lives - now or in the future.
