@LGUKCare Delivery refused due to a “6-hour rule” that was never communicated. No fridge delivered, no collection, and we were left without a fridge for 10 days. Issue not resolved yet! Had to buy the same model again at a higher price. Very disappointing service.

@AngliaDNA your test kit design is very bad. The Covid test box doesn’t fit to the post box and post offices don’t accept it! I want a full refund for my kits and my family kits! #ADNTP1000815
