Retirement has come and I’m not sure where to begin. Thank you to everyone who made an impact on my career and life. I’m extremely grateful for all of the connections and relationships I was so lucky to have. I may have not been the most emotional person throughout the scene but I sincerely appreciate everyone I’ve come into contact with and words cannot express my gratitude for this chapter.
From starting on PS4 in Season 3 to playing on Peak Green with Lissome and Jroc to having the opportunity at The University of Akron in 2019 and lastly a somewhat pro career at eUnited; I have cherished every moment. I’m nothing without those around me and I truly mean it. I can safely say that everyone I’ve come into contact with has led me to opportunities and prepared me for my future. Thank you to my community from Twitch and their constant support. I wouldn’t have been able to do anything with my life without the relationships and kind souls from Rocket League. I know it’s just a video game but it has changed my life and I will be forever grateful.
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when coming to The University of Akron, I suppose I was ready to get a degree and to have fun in Rocket League. I’m extremely grateful to Buzz, Reticence, Will, Phill, Dan, Xavier, Dylan, Mike, Nick (Fal), Nick (NAC), Aiden, Nate, Hunter, and Logan from Akron for supporting my journey and helping me grow as a person. I have been a sponge these past 4 years learning from mistakes and trying to be the best that I can be. These individuals have taught me ways of being a good teammate, winner, supporter, and friend. Lastly, as this chapter closes, I will continue my professional career in the field of Graphic Design exploring new opportunities.
