Everything rises and falls on leadership, knowing how to lead is only half the battle. Understanding leadership and actually leading are two different activities. In our Makerere University Jinja campus AYLF small group, this week's discussion was centered on leadership styles.

Time spent with young leaders is time well invested. They have lots of room to learn, change and do better. Thanks @DrOkiria for always spending your time with young leaders.
