#VoyageApostolique

The world, Europe, and Spain have faced this critical moment before. In 2003, a few irresponsible leaders dragged us into an illegal war in the Middle East that brought nothing but insecurity and pain. Our response then must be our response now: NO to violations of international law. NO to the illusion that we can solve the world’s problems with bombs. NO to repeating the mistakes of the past. NO TO WAR. lamoncloa.gob.es/presidente/int…

Anicet Ekane has died in detention. They kidnapped him, without cause, confiscated his medical equipment and refused proper medical care, because he dared to stand up for truth. Yes, the regime killed Anicet Ekane. This was a political assassination. Anicet had a purity of heart that is very rare of politicians. A man of such deep conviction. Rest in Power my dear friend. We will continue your battle to #FreeCameroon

That’s when you know they know they lost. They hold big flashy ceremonies but all they think about, all they talk about, is you. Victory is sweet. You might think you stole it but you haven’t. We still own it and as long as you hold onto it, we hold you. That’s why no matter how hard you try to hide behind your masquerades, no matter your pretense of power, we hold you. Every waking moment, every restless night, you will be thinking about us, about how to keep our victory from us. You are sitting on a time bomb. You don’t know when it will explode. You hold our victory like someone clutching danger, wondering if you should defuse it, return it, or wait. What if they come for me? The “what ifs” will haunt you. But nothing will work. You send your trolls to attack, your militia to kill. But deep down you know you are holding what isn’t yours. Of course you don’t know how to handle it. It is ours. We built it. We know how it works and what every piece means. So yes, while you hold our victory, we hold you. And you know we will take it back. The only questions left are how and when. For that, we will leave you to wonder. #FreeCameroon 🇨🇲

Dear Nigerians, PAY ATTENTION! Our neighbors are fighting the battle of their entire lives, & it could be us. Cameroon is a reminder of our EndSARS Struggle, & they need our collective voices, they need our support! Many have paid the ultimate price, as Paul Biya’s forces have opened fire on protesters. What started as a highly disputed election, is now a showdown between light & darkness. So it’s light or darkness, YOU CHOOSE! Only one camp is going to emerge victorious. As a humanist & a pacifist, I support the long-suffering & deprived people of Cameroon in their struggle for freedom. For Cameroonians above 43 years, the 92 year-old Paul Biya is all they have known in all of their lives…….. Almost two generations have passed, & Paul Biya has refused to step aside for young Cameroonians to have a fighting chance. Paul is how the insanely corrupt & greedy gets propped up by a 47 year-old Emmanuel Macron of France (to murder his own people). Many Cameroonians have died; others live to count & bury their losses. The cross movement of statistics of horror is staggering. Our hope is that someday, somehow, & in some ways; your victory will trump the brutality. An end to Gerontocracy & its brother - GREED. Africa is a problem to itself, the continent under occupation by black hand. Almost everywhere on the continent is burning. But the AU & ECOWAS are congratulating dictators. Ruler or no ruler, the conditions remain the same. Africa received independence in the 60s, but are yet to be independent. Geriatrics in diapers get to power, & refuse to leave. Then they draw wicked inspiration from among themselves, & begin to crush the will of the people. I have seen happen over & over, & it’s unending. From Uganda to Cameroon, Ivory Coast to Equatorial Guinea, down to Zimbabwe & the Congo. All across Africa, the problem is the same. You have the syndrome of “Sit-Tightism” sweeping across the continent, & Nigerians are wary of the Bola Tinubu’s growing & incendiary emasculation of Institutions in Nigeria. Many pay attention, but can do nothing…. In Cameroon: people keep on voting. The magistratures & the legislatures continue to seat. And that was how the Pseudo-Democracy in Cameroon died out, without any official proclamation. In small circles of proletariat bureaucracy, piss-poor Cameroonians feel terribly betrayed. Now many want to know how the story will end. Paul Biya is the only man many Cameroonians watched on the TV growing up. They watch against their will. So I like the story of victory, how underdogs can win. I urge you Cameroonians, don’t give up the fight. Posterity is with you. The world is with you. All the angels & Saints hear you. And when you would have won the battle of attrition, your pent-up euphoria will erupt like a volcano. From that moment on, patriotism will be your anthem. The mood of all of Cameroon. #FreeCameroon #CameroonElections

Poor judgement by the African Union which should defend democratic values in Africa
African Union@_AfricanUnion

Chairperson of the African Union Commission congratulates H.E. President Paul Biya on re-election and calls for national dialogue in the Republic of #Cameroon. The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, notes the official proclamation by the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Cameroon on the final results of the presidential election of 12 October 2025. To this effect, the Chairperson extends congratulations to His Excellency Paul BIYA on his victory, as the re-elected President of the Republic of Cameroon. However, the Chairperson is gravely concerned about the reported violence, repression and arrests of protesters and political actors in connection with the election results. The AUC Chairperson of calls on all institutional and political actors to exercise restraint and work towards the preservation of social cohesion, peace and stability in Cameroon. He urges the Cameroonian authorities to accord topmost priority to inclusive national dialogue and consultation with all political stakeholders in order to reach consensus in the spirit of national unity, peace and collective security. The AUC Chairperson reaffirms the African Union's commitment to continue to support the people of Cameroon in the quest to consolidate democracy, social justice, and the rule of law.
