Most concerning was the racism directed at a team member, which persisted and seemed to be getting worse despite our efforts to resolve it through dialogue. This led to irreconcilable differences, resulting in some core team members choosing to part ways. While we explored creative solutions to mediate, the situation escalated, with threats made to destabilize the token price and suggestions of a hostile takeover attempt. To facilitate the departure of these members, we liquidated a large portion of the dev token supply to ensure they received their due. This action, combined with the resulting fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD), contributed to a significant selloff. We deeply regret the impact this has had on our community and investors. Despite these challenges, encryptSIM remains steadfast in our mission to build a world-class web3 privacy ecosystem. Moving forward, we will focus on developing our consumer product and mobile app on the Solana blockchain, discontinuing exploration of a Layer 1 Cosmos chain. To demonstrate our commitment, we have burned 1,000,000 tokens to reduce supply and strengthen the project’s foundation. Additionally, we propose to market-buy 1% of the token supply, vesting it for airdrops to our loyal subscribers and for development funding. Our long term goal is to achieve a more balanced distribution, ideally with no single wallet holding more than 2% of the supply, fostering a healthier and more decentralized ecosystem. We are actively engaging with all involved parties to resolve outstanding issues and ensure a unified path forward. Fully out on $eSIM until they clear the fud, did some on chain research and all wallets that were clipping link back to the dev. Not a good look whatsoever. I still believe in the tek but won’t be holding any $eSIM tokens until they clear up the brutal fud. For now I would stay away.
