I feel there’s definitely more to the story behind this. No matter what, Virat Kohli isn’t the kind of guy who would avoid a handshake for no reason. There must be something that happened behind the scenes that we don’t know about,something serious enough to push him to skip it.

In my opinion Dhoni given captaincy to Virat Kohli because he knew Virat will never be capable of doing anything without asking Dhoni. Dhoni wanted someone to lead who was less in aura of leadership,also today if we remove PR sports clips , Kohli still don't have that Aura.

Mr Virat Kohli, You can target small fries and weak cricketers like Naveen ul -Haq and Kesrick Williams and get all the love. Your fans mentally harassed and bullied them on social media which wrecked their international careers. Travis Head performed in two big games that mattered the most i.e. 2023 ODI WC and 2023 WTC Finals. If you think by sledging him and your fans trying to mentally harass and bully him on social media that isn't going to work. He is built different. He is not a weak link like Kesrick and Naveen. Head is a mentality monster. He might cause more pain and trauma for the Indian fans in the 2027 WC. Travis Head is no average player who will bow his head down in front of you.

Sometimes Kohli just does things, which doesn't suit the player his stature in the cricketing world. Like shoulder bumping Sam konstas in Australia and today not shaking hands of Travis head. Even the most hardcore Kohli fans will struggle to defend such petulant behaviour.
