I'm not one for New Year's resolutions or any of that, but if I may be bold enough to make a suggestion, read a book, preferably a novel, for just five minutes every night before bed. We know via scientific brainwave studies that it will improve your mental health and give you more empathy. My wish for you all: May 2026 be your best year yet. 💙
