Welcome to Balmoor Aaron ✍🔵⚪💙 Peterhead FC are delighted to announce that 23-year-old defender Aaron Steele has agreed to sign for the Club on a permanent transfer from Arbroath FC. Centre-back Aaron who came through the youth levels at St Johnstone before joining East Fife then Arbroath has signed a one year contract, subject to SFA approval. 💬 "We have had to be so patient all summer for the recruit of a central defender, finally we got our man that ticks all the requirements we were looking for to support our back line. Aaron comes with a wealth of experience for his age having been in and around League 1 and the Championship for the last number of years. It’s no surprise we were looking for some physicality in this area and Aaron provides that, he’s a good size, aggressive and is best described as loving the art of defending. Aaron had a very successful loan spell with Stenhousemuir last year and finished the season strongly in a League 1 winning team scoring a few goals on his way. We’re super excited to introduce Aaron to the Balmoor supporters and hope he’s equally as excited by the challenge.
