Furthermore, the MACC has documented the substantial wealth of Dr. Mahathir’s sons, raising questions about their accumulation of assets. Both his children are multi-millionaires, with one holding assets above one billion. Additionally, his involvement in Project IC in Sabah, which facilitated the issuance of identity cards to immigrants, remains an issue he has never acknowledged. All he said was he does not remember in the RCI. Every Sabahan know the role played by Dr. Mahathir in changing the demography of Sabah. The natives of Sabah will never be able to reclaim their ancestral land. Dr. Mahathir’s refusal to admit to the excesses of the NEP or his role in these systemic issues underscores his dark legacy. The handling, cooking, serving and premises must be halal, too It looks like many certificates are required throughout the whole process. How will that work out? It’s not feasible. Either you prohibit non-Muslims from supplying, serving, cooking, and handling any food to Muslims altogether, or you learn to trust them. Just like we can't monitor our spouse every step of the way, we have to trust them. It’s not feasible otherwise I trust the non-Muslims to know that they will not serve non-halal stuff to me. I don’t see what is beneficial to them to taint my food in any shape or form deliberately JAKIM should also learn to trust non-Muslims as they would to fellow Muslims. A trusting character is highly valued in Islam.
