I am beyond disappointed @Skyscanner that you are promoting @budgetaircouk as a provider. They cancelled our £2,000 Japan flights without telling us, then claimed we did it. No refund, no help, and awful customer service. Completely unacceptable. And we leave in 2 weeks.
