As an entity providing banquet services to the public, the venue has a legal responsibility and basic industry obligation to ensure the personal information security and privacy of its guests. This incident exposes serious loopholes in the venue’s internal management and a failure in personnel supervision mechanisms. The venue showed clear negligence toward the illegal actions of its staff and must bear corresponding management and joint liability, which cannot be shirked. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the artist, our company has immediately entrusted a legal team to initiate legal procedures. We have reported the illegal sale of surveillance footage by the venue staff to the public security authorities and demand that the venue immediately cease all infringing activities. We will pursue full legal responsibility against the parties involved through litigation.
