What a night! Angel stadium was packed to capacity! 45,000 people filled the stadium. Thousands were not able to get in. Countless thousands more watched online around the world. The focus of the Harvest Crusade is calling people to Christ. So many responded to the invitation. I will give you numbers when I receive them, but thank you all for your prayers and support and as always, To God Be The Glory! People like to write California off. But God is not done with our state. The last great spiritual awakening, the Jesus Revolution started here. I pray it will happen here again!

Before I was a Christian, I didn’t really have any faith to speak of. My belief as a sixteen-year-old kid was that I would cease to exist after death. And that terrified me. I thought, “How could it be that I could simply cease to exist?” Thinking about it kept me up at night. And one of the great things I experienced after I became a Christian was to realize there is life beyond the grave. Death is not the end of existence. The real you is not this body you live in; it is your soul. It is your spirit that lives on after your body has gone. History tells of the renowned atheist Voltaire, who was one of the most aggressive antagonists of the Christian faith. He did everything he could to undermine Christianity. But the nurse who attended him on his deathbed reportedly said that for all the wealth in Europe, she never would watch another atheist die. In contrast, the great evangelist Dwight L. Moody said on his deathbed, “I see earth receding; Heaven is opening; God is calling me.” You can die like Voltaire. Or, you can die like Moody. But there will be a future judgment. And if you have put your faith in Jesus Christ, then you won’t be there. In one sense, the Christian never dies. They live on in another place- Heaven! Jesus said “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”(John 11:25-26)

@JoeBiden Trump didn’t do this. Democrats illegally selling aborted baby parts for profit did this. That’s also why they fought so hard for full term abortions. They make more money from fully formed organs. DEMOCRATS DID THIS

Yesterday, former Trump WH Advisor Peter Navarro began his prison sentence for being held in contempt of Congress - breaking 250 years of precedent. Today, Hunter Biden flagrantly defies his Congressional subpoena because he knows he won’t face the same consequences. We have two tiers of justice in this country & it needs to end.

Wanted to share some additional thoughts about the tragedy at Hazelwood East High School, where a child's head was beaten into concrete during a fight. Many are wondering what produced the rage inside the other child. Why did the fight escalate to such a barbaric level? Victimhood produces rage and animus. It's a cancer of the mind. Modern American culture preaches and rewards the victimhood mentality. It's a lucrative and effective tool to seize power. It's antithetical to Christ's life and tenets of Christian faith. Choosing Christ is choosing victory. We can achieve all things through Christ who strengthens us. We no longer teach that as a society. We teach victimhood and grievance. Our young people are more callous and savage than previous generations because we've convinced them they're all victims of sexism, racism, homophobia, Islamaphobia, fat-shaming, transphobia, poverty, pronoun injustice, you-name-it, etc. They're all owed a debt. Unpaid debts foment anger. I've been poor. Me and my father shared a 400-square foot, one-bedroom apartment in the 'hood in 1984-85. While captain of my high school football team, I slept on a couch and ate a lot of canned tuna and fast food. I was never angry. In fact, I was happy. I didn't dwell much on our situation. I wasn't a victim. I had two parents who cared about me (my parents were divorced and my mother moved to Kansas City with her factory job) and I had a belief that things would get better. God was on my side. Poverty does not produce rage. A victim mentality, a lack of hope, the belief that the world owes you a debt, and the absence of parental love produce an endless supply of rage. The causes of what is ailing our children are obvious. It's the absence of a heavenly Father and an earthly Father. Those two fathers are the cure for the cancer of victimhood. It's really that simple. We should not be surprised by the savagery we're seeing from young people, whether it be school shootings or schoolyard fights. We've poisoned the minds of children. We feed them a steady diet of video game violence, movie and TV violence, rap violence. Our schools tell them the suffering and sacrifice of our ancestors did not produce a better world. No. The errors of the past are unforgivable and the life sacrifices to atone for those errors are woefully insufficient. Retribution (vengeance) and reparations (debt) are the only adequate solutions. The solutions are antithetical to Christianity. They lead to rage and destruction. They lead to little girls beating each other into comas and insane adults shrugging it all off as an inevitable consequence of kids fighting. Victimhood is a mental disease.

As a child of God, you’re adopted. I got my last name, Laurie, from a man named Oscar Laurie, one of my mother’s many husbands. He adopted me and treated me as his son. He’s in Heaven now, but I still feel a great love for him. God loves you, and He welcomes you in prayer. This is important when you’re going through something that causes you to worry. Remember, you’re God’s adopted child. He welcomes you. He wants to hear from you. He wants you to think about Him. “So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” (Rom,8:15) (This is me as a little boy in a swimming pool)

Because I am raising concerns about the flood of unvetted illegal immigrants overwhelming American cities, the press will often characterize me as “anti-immigrant”. As an immigrant myself, nothing could be further from the truth. I am very much in favor of increased and expedited legal immigration for anyone who is talented, hard-working and honest. It is bizarrely difficult and agonizingly slow to immigrate to the USA legally, but trivial and fast to enter illegally! This obviously makes no sense.

New believers are the lifeblood of the church. You show me a church that doesn’t have a constant flow of new believers coming in, and I will show you a church that is beginning to stagnate. The church has a choice evangelize or fossilize!

I’m thankful that God overrules some of my prayers. Imagine, for example, what would happen in a family where parents gave their children everything they wanted. The kids want hot fudge sundaes for dinner and demand everything at the toy store. Whatever they want, their parents give it to them. What those parents will end up raising are spoiled, undisciplined, hyperactive brats. And they will live to regret it because their children never will move out of the house. Parents need to teach their children responsibility, including how to work for things and how to save. God knows what is good for us as His children. He knows what we need, and He also knows what we don’t need. Never be afraid to commit an unknown future to known God.

Here it is. The first official Ben Born Again Cartoon! It’s 7 minutes long but it took more then 7 months to make! I hope you enjoy it. And I pray that God will use this cartoon to bring younger people to Christ. Watch it with your kids and grandkids. The best place to view this is on our brand new Harvest + app!
