Dom Guerra (27’ Gregory-Portland) also looked good on the mound today FB: 82-83 up to 84 CB: 67-68 Curveball showed good depth with the typical 12/6 bite mixing that with some carry to his fastball that showed promising whiff abilities @dominic_guerra4 @AZFallClassic

A look here at RHP Daniel Rodriguez (Gregory-Portland 27’) filling up the strike zone and having a solid 2 innings of work! FB: 82-83 up to 84 SL: 73-74 Good shape to the fastball and slight deception in his delivery. Fastball was a major whiff inducer @AZFallClassic

AZ Pro 17U recently won the Cool Pines Classic in Flagstaff. The team went 2-0-1 in pool play and won the semi-final against Chino Valley and the Final game against Mesquite. Great hitting, good baserunning, pitching & defense led to the championship.

Alex Bakkila recently signed to continue his baseball career at Justice University. Alex played with AZ Pro for 4 years. He will pitch at Justice for former AZ Pro coach Zack Chilton. Congrats Alex!

It was too depressing to write this last night, after we got off air, so I went to bed. But, it needs to be said by more Democrats: this was not an impeachable offense, and Trump did not need congressional approval for one precision attack under the circumstances, just as Obama did not when striking Bin Laden. Why can’t our Party just say it’s great we achieved the objective and destroyed Iran’s nuclear sites, god bless the soldiers who carried this out and made it home safely, god bless our country, military, allies, and we look forward to a full intel briefing. 🇺🇸. If one must then assert Congressional authority at the moment, add that any escalation will require congressional approval. And if you must, express concern for where this may go and what might come next. But, for so many in my Party to knee jerk with unhinged calls for impeachment - and sadly omit in their statement support for Iran not having nuclear weapons, which has been a principle of our Party for 40 years -is truly TDS.

Jake Dobson received the 2025 Ken Brockish Memorial Scholarship given by AZ Pro baseball. This scholarship was created in 2024 to honor Director Therron Brockish’s father Ken Brockish. Dobson is a 2025 graduate from Dobson High School and has played with AZ Pro the last 3 years.

Open tryout on Sat. May 10th at 9:00 AM for all HS players for AZ Pro Summer Scout teams. Tryout begins at 9:00 AM with pre-registration on site at 8:30 AM. Location is Dream City Christian School, 21000 N. 75th Ave. Glendale, AZ. Ages 15U-18U.
