Update: building is now significantly more accessible for new landowners. new homes + decor category has been added to the build menu, featuring six starter structures that cost just 1 to 3 common gems. players can now begin developing their land immediately after claiming a plot and gradually progress towards larger structures such as gyms, marts and centers. additional improvements: • gym cost reduced from 30 gems to 20 gems • build requirements now display as colour coded gem indicators • gem types needed for each structure are visible at a glance, making resource collection more intuitive how it works: claim a plot, catch pokémon, collect gems, build and develop your land, then list it on the marketplace. the video demonstrates how easy it is to start building from a fresh plot and begin developing your land.
