@avassecretdiary I mean im not calculating this but yeah its true, eat 3500 more calories then your tdee or whatever you expended that day and you'll gain a pound of fat according to thermodynamics. so given most people's tdee is like 1800-2000 you'd have to somehow consume like 5k+ cal

@holyimpactevent LITERALLY!! also coconut water! it's jam packed of electrolytes and potassium. potassium is really important for flushing out extra sodium and preventing water retention. started drinking coconut water after being in a weight loss plateau and lost 2 pounds in two days 😨

@wontheidgafwar i refuse to believe c/s absorbs any calories other than the maybe like 10 you accidentally swallow. if i can lose as much weight as i do by fully ingesting the food and throwing it up hours later then i struggle to understand how c/s could be more than like .05%

@snandwisch fat free milk is the hack!! if you can get over the less creamy taste, skim milk/fat free milk is goated and worth the cal's. Protein is important for avoiding the skinny fat look while restricting. Try fairlife fat free milk! It's 80 calories per cup and 13g protein!!

@decayingsyl calisthenics! basically strength training that uses your own body weight as the "weights". or makeshift equipment! fill a bookbag with heavy stuff or full gallon bottles can be used as dumbbells, etc. there's a bunch of helpful things online too, just look it up!
