We have been busy here with the launch of our OCEAN printing platform, so we are especially excited this summer to have four smart interns helping us create the future of manufacturing!

Additive manufacturing has been hard to scale, hindering wide-scale adoption. Our new OCEAN platform shows the ability to do just that. A modular hardware system powered by our HARP technology enables speed and size with full thermal process control.

According to @azul3d, its new OCEAN #3Dprinter has a build speed of 300 mm per hour. With 72 μm high-resolution DLP and the company’s own High Area Rapid Printing (HARP) technology, the OCEAN is meant to be a true production machine. @pilz reports.

Our new printing platform OCEAN can create printed structures that offer exciting engineering possibilities for clean tech, including large-scale filters and membranes for carbon capture and water treatment.

Welcome to our new VP of Engineering, Jim Mazzarella! Jim has held leadership positions in the semiconductor, aerospace, and industrial sectors. “I am thrilled be part of Azul 3D’s future success developing and delivering state-of-the-art 3D printers to our customers,” he said.
