i can’t say thank you enough i don’t know if i can even say the right words [only click read more if you want a sobby story!] this weekend i celebrated my birthday & 2 year affiliate with a bit of a rushed, last minute event. originally i wanted it around my birthday, earlier on in the month, but one of my artists just keeps letting me down. some of you know i’ve been dealing with them since 2022 and they owe me 5 figures worth of graphics and video editing as i helped pay for their psychiatric rehabilitation and for their surgery in exchange for editing. (which was stupid, obviously, i know very well right now.) they promised me that 2025 would be better, and i’d see more than 4 videos made for me this year as that's all i received last year. i won’t bore you with the gritty details, but they let me down again for my birthday, and i had to postpone my event. i received my ink model in july of 2024 and have been waiting this whole time for overlays from them. i was really stressed, too, because that model studio teased they are releasing a premade version and that would by nature make my model style more common ><. they were really great though and told me they would wait for my debut first. (would love to have a cute collab with an ink sister down the line 🥺!!) everything was so taxing in the lead up, and i was pretty depressed due to another artist with a major commission disappointing me as well. i had a really shit day the day of my event. i had three codes at the hospital and i wanted to cry and go home and not even start my event T-T... however... this is one of the best things i've ever done. i was really really blessed my good friend surprised me with free overlays inspired by my ink model and i didn't have to use a premade aaaa |･д･)ﾉ the whole event went really well. too well.. my sub goal was 100 and yet in the first five seconds i received my first ever 100 gifted sub. 100?! one hundred?! and then it happened TWO more times throughout my event. i was so speechless at many increments. i tell all my community i don't need it, i would rather you spend money elsewhere. i have my own income, this is just for fun. and yet people go out of their way to sub, to tip from my guides, and to support me endlessly. it's insane. i'm going to do my best to give back, as well as provide optimal blossum art and content for you now that we can aim for more costly pieces together. i received the MOST beautiful birthday art from friends, the most heartfelt messages, and MIGHT have cried at my surprise kudoboard, but there's no proof >_> yuepp. i even received fanart from users i don't know, and had fan clips edited of me ;u; what an incredible birthday. i'll be posting my sub goals on my days off over on my discord + here, so please stay tuned. i'm tired for now xD... must be old age. (sorry oomfs over 30). but thank you for your time, your kindness, and unwavering support. thank you so, so much.
