@freekslurp im lowkey in the same situation lol. i would wake up early then say you already ate, avoid snacks, and don’t finish meals ig. I would up your intake for vacation though to take stress off
does anyone have tips on how to restrict secretively while on vacation?? please don’t tell me to just have fun. i will break down if i don’t track calories and eat under my limit.
@1imitx@katigawa44 I don’t want to give tips but areas that have more fat like thighs are generally safer than bonier areas or areas with thinner skin like wrists, hips, and ankles. I would just avoid joints in general
@concertorienter@katigawa44 the hip area doesn’t have much fat so most cuts, even if they’re deep, end up being styros. hips have thinner skin and lots of important things close to the surface. It was okay for me but it can definitely be dangerous
