Sometimes it does take a more personalized touch! That being said, I think it's really important to look at other sources and do your own research. There's no one size fits all answer, but there are a lot of fundamentals that a lot of creators teach for free on YouTube. I highly recommend looking into some non - Vtuber content creator resources and trying to create a plan and an idea of what you want. A manager is something you want to utilize ideally when you are already established and have a brand or niche you're already in. Usually when people don't have the fundamentals down, they end up expecting more of the manager than is usually reasonable for them OR the opposite in which they don't communicate enough with the manager in question and they don't have enough to work with to be effective. They key is picking something youre passionate about, making content about it, and being consistent!
