@ShopeeSG I don't see @ShopeeID @ShopeeCare have intention to provide proof. 1.They blaim me sending the broken product while seller don't have unboxing video but change the product to the broken ones. 2.Talking to Bot all the time. Not good UX and fair as in @tokopedia or @bliblidotcom
