You'd be working, a shadow would pass over you, you looked up & could read "no step" as the plane passed over-THEN you heard it.

@Archer83Able We had them for a long time at our local ANG base. They would fly over our house on their landing approach which was @10miles from the airport. Someday they were so low and slow you could see the pilot in the canopy. Other days they would sneak up out of nowhere and scream by.
