Aww thank you so much!! When I get binging urges, I like to make myself I coffee or a fun drink and honestly I don’t think about the liquid cals when I’m having binging urges, most drinks are relatively low in cals which is nice!! Also eating watermelon is literally a life saver! You can eat so much of it for barely any cals if you feel the urge to binge :p
When I’m feeling intense hunger during a fast I tend to go to appetite suppressants such as caffeine, and sometimes if you feel really big urges I just sleep lmao😭 ooo and if you like horror games play them, the feeling of being scared or nervous completely stops the hunger lmao
Anyways sorry for the rant🥲🙏🙏

@b3llloves Please share any advice on how you stopped binging I swear thats the only thing keeping me stagnant. (Also any advice you have for fasting/mental hunger would be a bonus too) congrats because you do look amazing and you did that 👏

@Bucci_cookies @st4rving4ngell I usually fast for around a 35 on a normal basis, but sometimes I’ll fast for up to 3-4 days (if you are just starting fasting I would recommend 16-20 hours:p) and in my eating windows I eat a lot of high protein foods like red meat, chicken etc with veggies or fruit🫶🫶

@carumatera I have lots of stretch marks, and they bother me, but the more time goes on the lighter they get, I think the main thing is it just makes time for them to fade :), I have heard some people saying scar tape works to make them fade faster but I haven’t personally tried it
