@Alph4betSoup I’m an IT engineer and I learned very early on not to trust anyone. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked someone to reboot their workstation and seeing 5+ days of uptime after they sweared to me that they rebooted

@11safa11 I feel like this is true for a lot of art/media now. Between critics/public reviews and AI “summaries” it feels like everyone just wants to be told how they should interpret something. What happened to imagination?

When I was 22 I got pushed off a party boat in the middle of a lake and everyone was too drunk to notice. I ended up going under and had come to terms with drowning. Someone pulled me out and obviously I survived but I didn’t go near a boat for a long time
