Seeing some of these tweets recently and just the state onchain is in rn making me feel kinda scared sometimes ive bled out a decent chunk of my port slowly and theres nothign to make it back on seems like , ceilings on coins going lower and lower everyday

few bad losses and i just went into a full tilt mode , and end up giving back all the profits of the day , only thing was just that i grinded 16 hours or more but trading while tired just made me lose my focus and take bad trades seems like back to square 1 again

Lowkey just been trading with less confidence recently after getting drilled and touched everyday I still believe in my strat and my skill but i still drill myself sometimes doing random stuff but been alot more selective with my trades recently and avoiding slop

All this just lead to me going more and more into the red but also going into a bad mental state where im overthinking different scenarios all day , doubting my strategy , thinking about the past and other stuff instead of just trading and focusing on getting better onchain
