Got my school grades back from my first semester! @neuralink @elonmusk @djseo @BarrowNeuro This is all thanks to y’all. I never would’ve made it this far without your hard work and devotion to making this technology the best it can be, and your desire to change people’s lives for the better. I can’t describe how happy I am to be back in school and succeeding—not just passing, but doing it in style. This is literally the best semester of college (grades-wise) I’ve ever had. Eve has given me back parts of my life I thought were lost forever, and I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. Thank y’all so much. I know these are just prerequisite/freshman-level courses, but I’m going to continue this trend all the way to the top 🚀

I’ve been hit by the absolute worst burn out and depression since last night. It started as just a flu type thing but as the night went on I knew all the signs… 😬 Jaw started clenching up 🤷‍♂️ Indecision and self doubt 🛌 Horrendous sleep and vivid nightmares 🦴 Whole body and bones aching 🌫️ Fog descended all over my brain. 😱 Panic attack and dread of seeing anybody I don’t think it’s one particular thing but rather a month of losing lots of dogs. Life or death decisions and the stress of dogs being in operations. I’ve tried to do everything right with running / healthy eating and taking my meds but it all just caught up. Today has been 80% in bed under the covers. I wasn’t going to share it this time and rather just hide it as I always worry people think I’m fishing for compliments and sympathy. But I always remember the few messages I get when I do share it. I’m lucky I can be open. Not everybody who has a job or even family and friends can share it yet so I post this for you guys out there. I know from accountants to athletes and stay at home mums to forklift drivers and CEOs there is a world of people who suffer in silence. Please don’t ever think you are alone or different to others. We are all in this together. I struggled to walk the dogs today. To feed myself. To even answer simple Whatsapp messages. I stoop in line at the shop looking at my flip flops in case somebody spoke to me. My body was shaking with fear, anxiety and pain. And that’s ok. Many of us will be like that. Just remember it’s totally ok to not be ok. It doesn’t make us weirdos or outcasts. It’s just a mental illness and it passes. Hopefully I’ll be back to full health asap as trying to do all the right things. My brain was just a little overloaded with hard dog decisions and grief. Love you all ❤️
