@anonymouspi I stopped taking individual clients last year. I dug into our data and found that out of 106 online inquiries, we had 62 calls with potential clients that turned into 6 clients and less than $10,000 of revenue. It just wasn't worth the time and effort.

Investigators, roughly what is your ratio of enquiries leading to work versus time-wasting tyre-kickers?
Mine has to be at least 1:5 but probably higher on the timewaster front. And it depends on where the enquiry came from. Bark.com is more like 1:15
