Palestine is not an Arabic or Muslim word. The proof is linguistic. Arabic does not have the letter P. When Arabic borrowed words that contained P, the sound was changed. First, P was read as F, and later it often shifted to B. This happened when Syriac Aramaic terms were adapted into Arabic. For example, Petros was first read as Fetros, then later became Butros. Paulus followed the same path and became Bulos. The same rule applies to Palestine. The Syriac Aramaic form ܦܠܣܛܝܢ has a real P sound. The same applies in Hebrew. Arabic later transliterated it as Filastin because Arabic cannot pronounce P, and because the Syriac letter ܦ can be read as P or F, Arabs naturally adopted the F sound. That is why I write Balestine. To show clearly that the word has no Arabic authenticity. It was not created in Arabic and is not rooted in Islam. Arabic only borrowed the word, altered its sound, and later built a false narrative around it that turned into a delusional cause.
