#BHN National promised NZ 10,000 new EV chargers before the last election, then backtracked. Now they are making promises again but this time it's only 2,500 #nzpol#nzpolitics
Tamatha Paul defending her letter of support to a judge for a graffiti vandal/artist who caused an estimated seven figures’ worth of damage - including to Wellington City Council buildings while she was a councillor, is already wild.
But commissioning the same person to tag her campaign poster with his signature graffiti and proudly displaying it in her parliamentary office? That’s a massive “F you” to Wellington ratepayers, city councillors, and residents who visit her office.
Pink-haired Stop Oil activist Phoebe Plummer has been sentenced to two years in prison for throwing soup on a $90 million Van Gogh painting.
What’s your reaction to the sentence?
@baboomarang@Geniustechw It’s just a simple hypothetical - the point is the intent. Even if you’re protected, someone trying to shoot you still isn’t okay.
@baboomarang@Tristan__Martin@Geniustechw It's the intention behind it on top of the oil in those paintings was whale oil no something from oil refinement the intention to damage an irreplaceable piece of historical art she needs to be made an example of so others don't go around thinking it's ok to vandalize items
@MatuaKahurangi What a lying piece of shit I clearly remember him threatening people's livelihoods and actually destroying businesses. He BETTER FUCKEN HOPE HE IS NOT ELECTED. If you know what I mean.
Chris Hipkins now claims he never advised people to get vaccinated. Yet he said: “we need you to do that now” and called it “one of the safest vaccines you could possibly get.” That’s not neutral, that’s clear direction. People remember. #nzpol
@Tristan__Martin@Geniustechw What a stupid thing to say no one is going to shoot me and if I thought they were and I put up some bullet proof glass then it wouldn't have been acsae of just happening to be behind bullet proof glass would it? It would have been part of the plan to mitigate damage.
@baboomarang@Geniustechw So by this logic someone throwing shit at your windows is just fine because it's just glass and they're expression their opinion?
@PoliticalStacy You have to remember we are living in the time of deception, we can't believe anything at the moment, keep an open mind and seek the truth.
Washington Post cartoonist Darrin Bell, who frequently portrayed Donald Trump as a sexual predator has just been convicted of possessing child pornography.
These fucking people... Every. Fucking. Time.
@frans_minnaar@MrBundle786@7signxx Your bullshit post is rhetorical 99.9 percent of humanity want to see Israel destroyed, come hell or high water we are gonna make it happen. Who are we? Ask our leader.
@ajthompson13 The tanks will fckn leak it will be a disaster, start production now. We have our own crude and the remnants of a refinery, what are we waiting for it's a simple distillation process. Let's fckn do this!!!
@jackferguson88 Nick Mowbray, total waste of space all he does is make plastic crap in China in exchange for fiat zeroes in his account and dolphins choke on that shit. Water balloons, hurrumph!?
Lolz. Nick Mowbray’s Zuru is suing the US govt over the tariffs. Something Trump said he’d implement from his first day, and yet, Nick was championing him the whole time - you can’t make this up. 🤡
@glcarlstrom Yes thank you for bringing this wonderful Iranian achievements to wider attention! The Iranians are doing a wonderful job, I am sure they won't stop until the job is finished.
Because it's often getting lost in the discussion here, this is a partial list of Iran's attacks on energy *before* the Israeli strike on South Pars:
- Ras Laffan LNG complex in Qatar
- Ras Tanura oil refinery in Saudi
- hundreds of drone attacks on Saudi oil fields
- Ruwais refinery in Abu Dhabi
- Shah gas field in Abu Dhabi
- port of Fujairah
- Bapco oil refinery in Bahrain
The list goes on. Point is that, yes, South Pars was an escalation in American/Israeli targeting, but it comes after weeks of Iranian attacks on GCC energy infrastructure.
Yeah all school lunches should be made on site using ingredients bought from local businesses, this will take about 100,000 vehicle miles out of the equation 5 days a week, the trucks already deliver to the local supermarket, this will also provide community jobs and enrichment
Government’s response to oil crisis is pathetic – they are NOT preparing for worst case scenario
This isn’t leadership, it’s incompetence.
