Ok. This is pretty dark. It pretty clearly does not look like self defense. I do not think this woman should be on TV, especially when the premise is her finding a romantic relationship.

@bach_rants I agree. It sucks that the guys and production wasted their time and hopefully they can figure something out, but I do not think she should be promoted right now. She needs some serious help.

Agree. What is sad, no matter which adult is the dominant aggressor, is the fact that the children have been witness to untold domestic violence. Children who witness and experience the trauma of DV are at high risk for mental and physical health issues. Instead of networks and production highlighting these adults on reality TV and making money off their dysfunction, they should be advising these adults to seek help before they cause more harm to the children and one another. Neither of these broken adults should be making money by appearing on television until they fix themselves and their lives for the sake of the children.

Unfortunately both things can be true. His timing is likely manipulative but the actions of TFP in the video are also inexcusable. Not sure what kind of context would excuse repeatedly attacking someone near her child after they’re backing away from her. #SLOMW #Thebachelorette

It seems like either a) we have a Bachelorette who has abused her partner, or b) we have a Bachelorette trapped in an ongoing domestic abuse situation as a victim. Or c) both those things are true. Hard to watch any combo of that. #bachelorette #SLOMW

I was disappointed by TFP’s appearance on GMA today. Nothing was addressed, everything was glossed over to talk about the show, which feels icky to me. 😣😣
