知識不足でDTCCってなぁに？ってなったから今回の発表まとめてみた👀⬇️ DTCC（証券の清算・決済を担う中核インフラ）が、トークン化証券に向けて動き出しています！ まず前提として、DTCCは、株式や債券などの取引後処理（ポストトレード）を担う存在で、 ・誰が何を売買したかの記録（清算） ・資金と証券の受け渡し（決済） ・証券の保管・名義管理 といった、「取引成立後に実際に資産を移動させる仕組み」を担っています。 規模としても、世界中の金融機関が接続する“清算・決済レイヤーの中核”と言える存在です🔥 今回の動きは、この中核インフラ自体が、証券のトークン化（オンチェーン化）に本格的に向き合い始めていることを意味します🔥 トークン化証券とは、株や債券をブロックチェーン上で表現する仕組みで、 ・決済の高速化（T+2 → 短縮） ・中間コストの削減 ・プログラマブルな金融取引 といったメリットが期待されています。 これまで、 ・クリプト = 独立した世界 ・TradFi = 既存の中央集権インフラ という構造でしたが、DTCCが動くということは、「TradFi側がオンチェーンに接続し始めている」ということ👀 そして@Backpack は、このDTCC Industry Working Groupの一員として、こうした市場インフラに関する議論に参加したらしい！！👀 同グループには@BlackRock や @jpmorgan 、 @NYSE Groupなども含まれてる！ まだ初期段階だけれど、 「クリプトが金融の外にある状態」から 「金融システムの中に組み込まれていく流れ」 が、少しずつ現実のものになりつつあるね！！
