@baconrecon @Adiabat79 @BBCPolitics But Zia dressed this up as giving green voters what they want, but this isn’t what they want? As I say detention camps are something reform voters like, not greens

@Adiabat79 @baconrecon @BBCPolitics The greens aren't in favour of detention centers. Reform are. it's not about the people, it's about the policy of putting them in detention centres the Green's object to - whereas from what I can see Reform voters get very excited by the thought.

@baconrecon @Ninoinoz1 @NicholasTyrone Then make those arguments, but I beg you not to enable the disintegration of democratic norms and decent political discourse while you do so. If you think I am protesting too loudly, cast your eyes across the pond.

@Sukidovi @Ninoinoz1 @NicholasTyrone sure, aslong as they don't have to pay tax towards it. i understand the concept. Greens want mass migration, they want rapists to roam free (only if they're brown and targeting white people). Greens want these people in this country, i don't, they can have them.

@baconrecon @Ninoinoz1 @NicholasTyrone You would be happy with Labour introducing a policy where everyone in areas with a reform MP no longer has access to the NHS, then? For goodness sake, it isn't a complicated concept. I wasn't commenting on immigration.

@baconrecon @Ninoinoz1 @NicholasTyrone Having just written it, I'm pretty sure that isn't what I said. I didn't express any opinion about who we should or shouldn't let into the country. I expressed an opinion about critical democratic principles & the attitude of a prospective governing party towards seeking power.

@BBCPolitics What Reform totally fail to acknowledge here though is that Green's don't want migrants detained, they want open borders. The party that want them detained is Reform, so by that logic, if there is a need for these centres they should be in Reform areas, as they vote for them..

@Sukidovi @NicholasTyrone "No one is objecting to being near asylum seekers." Could have fooled me. "divisive abnegation of basic democratic principles." AKA giving people exactly what they voted for. "contempt with which Reform regards the British public." By outlining a policy before an election?

@NicholasTyrone No one is objecting to being near asylum seekers. They are objecting to the detention camps and the performative & divisive abnegation of basic democratic principles. Lastly, they are dismayed by the confident Trumpian contempt with which Reform regards the British public.

@NicholasTyrone Using the asylum problem for political gain and vengeance is very sectarian don’t you think Nick It only highlights that reform are not serious about politics and their base support is more interested in division than they are solutions to serious problems

I simply do not understand this. Why are the people who hold up "Refugees Welcome Here" signs getting all shirty about the prospect of getting EXACTLY what they wanted?

@baconrecon @PegDukes @RAMiller012593 @SteveFranssen healthcare can't function while importing infinity immigrants it's wholly impossible to do so under those conditions and it's not at all shocking when doing so leads to state encouraged suicide. it can't be reformed until that's addressed properly
