Getting rid of jumps to tuck as a requirement was the downfall of cheer

senior elite 2010 did 32 triple toe touches to tuck. senior elite 2026 only needs 25 double jumps + a single jump to max out.

I keep seeing Alaska Athletics listed at east coast or at least non-west coast comps. Are they actually from Alaska? How much do they spend in travel each season? Do the athletes even get to go to school regularly?

@teaIstars I think the main having a hand all the way up the leg is what makes it look so different. I feel like bases shouldn’t be on the leg but also I am no expert on this so I could just be wrong

Am I crazy to think this technique in prep libs is crazy?? The bases each only have one hand on the foot and hands halfway up the leg. It looks like a squish level because of the hand placement
