This is not just another story, it’s a true life event of man who does not care about consent. cc @Crea8tivistGlob From what has been shared publicly by himself, these are the facts that points to nothing but textbook definition of "RAPE" 1. Kenny confirms that he had unprotected sex with her while knowing fully well that she was drunk and had passed out. 2. The screenshot I shared in my video shows that he knew how intoxicated she was at the time. 3. He described himself as her “babysitter” that night, someone meant to protect her, not take advantage of her vulnerability. 4. He admitted that she didn't know who he was as at the time fo the incident and kept asking every 15 minutes. 5. He had to be the one to tell her everything that had happened, he even brought her out of the pool alongside other friends because she was clearly not okay...then still proceeded to have his way with her. 6. He had his way for almost two hours till she bled and her friends came to knock the door. Now, instead of accountability, he is threatening legal action, saying he has been defamed and that his reputation is being damaged. And honestly, this is where it becomes even more painful. Because how do we keep asking survivors to speak up… only for them to face fear, intimidation, and the weight of being silenced all over again?
