@finngalkn Hey, congrats, that’s a big deal! Hope it goes well!
English

@badinfinity2 I’ve got my appointment to meet my surgeon on the 30th.
I’ve been lucky enough to see some guys IRL. And I’ve spoken with a few of them.
English

@missinwrld Yes, a lot of guys get the graft site tattooed. It looks great
English

@badinfinity2 not a trans man but a tattoo artist. is it possible to tattoo the part of your arm where the skin was removed?
English

@dev0tionals Thanks! Nothing but sunscreen and lotion if it dries out. Good luck with your process! Fingers crossed for you ❤️
English

@badinfinity2 Your graft looks splendid brother, would love to hear your aftercare routine. Chipping away slowly but surely at my process, sucks that the surgeon I was consulting with left the hospital 🙃
English

@Emhoward2210 @chikkinnugget I had three stages, each a year apart (usually my team does them 6 months apart, but covid delayed everything). The timeline varies, depending on what you want, if they have to do repairs, etc.
English

@badinfinity2 @chikkinnugget How long did the whole process take?
English

@boynecomastia I didn't. Some people do meta first. It's a great surgery, but with very different outcomes, so you want to think about what your priorities are (size, appearance, ability to STP or have penetrative sex, etc)
English

@badinfinity2 waoh...... maybe phyllo is for me. did you get meta first ? i heard some trans men get meta before phyllo
English

@boynecomastia Sensation is really good. They hooked the grafted nerve to my natal anatomy, so the new penis has erotic sensation, just like my previous anatomy (which is still in there)
English

@badinfinity2 whats your sensation ? do you feel any sexual pleasure using your dick or does it feel like having your skin touched
English

@PatBlanchfield he truly has the emptiest head on this site. almost an accomplishment
English

@badinfinity2 it looks pretty cool like that actually, like a part of the original image got sucked through a portal or something lol
English

@smfox @Melodio420 Yes! It's such a weird feeling, having to learn to pee again!
English

@badinfinity2 @Melodio420 My first time peeing post op, I realized I had to use completely different muscles to control the stream. Is that true for yall as well? I had to move from front muscles to more lower ones
English

@subandbreed1312 @DCod3d_ Yes, it's called MLD (they take it from your latissimus dorsi). The Serbian team specializes in this procedure. You can get a little more length and the scar is hidden, but it doesn't have a sensory nerve. A very cool surg
English

@badinfinity2 @DCod3d_ Wait back graft? I've only heard of arm and thigh, that's a cool third option
English

@camonega Being catheterized for a month was the hardest part for sure. Really nothing unexpected happened; I'd prepared a lot mentally and talked with a lot of post-op guys to understand the process and recovery
English

@badinfinity2 what was the hardest or most unexpected part of recovery after stage 1?
English

@bloated_utopia Not a lot of pain, but a great deal of discomfort (especially if you're getting urethral lengthening). The most painful part is the thigh graft they take to cover the arm graft, because that still has nerves
English

@badinfinity2 how painful is the process? the surgery and the recovery. especially in comparison to top surgery.
English

@badinfinity2 nah, the other ones apparently don't have the same feel, and the arm is the one with the most nerves, so i kinda have to since it's what I prioritize amongst other things
English

@chudmod3r @GrndTheftAutysm I've had it for 3 years and it's still going strong. My surgeon says they're expected to last 10+ years before needing to be replaced
English

@badinfinity2 @GrndTheftAutysm how long has the pump lasted? have you had to replace it at any point?
English

@badinfinity2 @Mushroomman04 On purpose? /gen that’s really cool im just wondering
English

@hardcorps80204 once a year, the boys will begin having Big Stupid Feelings about phallo, and I am summoned back to twitter to post calm and informative technical information about my own genitals
English

@badinfinity2 I’m sorry if you got caught in the flak from a phalloplasty discussion. Few topics make transmen go nuts faster it seems. Sometimes I think we’re just generally unwell. 😬
English

@Melodio420 First stage was really intense; second and third much much easier. But by the end, I was really happy to be done with surgery!
English

@badinfinity2 How was healing! I saw you say you did it in three parts what was that like?
English

@badinfinity2 Is the power of your stream the same as it was before you had phallo? Do your balls ever itch? How long did you have to "take it easy" before you could do whatever you wanted with it?
English
