There’s no leadership since Kane left. Son was the most popular, influential, and had seniority. Then the next set of leadership was appointed to muppets who can barely communicate with the players or fan base without a PR team. The individualism comes from fixing personal image despite the lack of effort from the rest of the “team” not including players. The poor body language and lack of passion is encouraged by “lost 5-4 scored 4” behavior from the players who think they aren’t part of the problem.
