20 yr old, Mohamed Bakari Shei, was only given 180 days in jail after raping 2 young girls, ages 9 and 4 yrs old. With good behavior, Shei will only have to serve 116 days and does NOT even need to register as a sex offender. Is this justice? ⁉️
