@easyJet Please can I ask if there is a penalty/charge for an APD refund? If there is can I ask why there is none such penalty/charge when the funds were sent from my credit card to the airline when the booking was made? Kind Regards.Paul

Can I ask why you insist on buyers signing up for a future agreement payment plan just to enable an offer? There was a time when making an offer was done,then if the seller accepts then buyer pays. Whats the reason for the change as I believe it stops genuine offers being made?

@ThreeIreland @ThreeCare I need to know if you disclose location info to google. I have just received email from them to adjust my location on my google account. All location services are disabled on iPhone so there is no way my phone can without my authority disclose location.

@amznsellerhelp @AmazonHelp why is prime button highlighted in yellow as the first option? Tricked into a trial prime period while hitting the wrong button to pay for an item. This is devious and had to then go through the cancel process. I’ll never sign up now due to this.

@amznsellerhelp @AmazonUK why do you remove the ability to easily contact a seller who cancels a marketplace order? Within my account -once item is cancelled the ability to select it is blocked so I can’t ask the seller the reason. Can you answer this here,not on DM?
