Why not red zone a predetermined set of blocks so that protestors can’t disrupt people? Like @vicpdcanada does sometimes with repeat offenders? This dude should be red Zoned from 1 km of the Legislature buildings on Saturdays for the rest of his life. I’m referring to the ER bike dude.
