@baguma18792 @Suncultureug I have plainly stated my issues with them. I didn’t say they have bad systems, unless you have poor comprehension skills, I talked about their customer service and after sales. Whenever in doubt, always reread.

I will NEVER recommend @Suncultureug Again even if I’m paid. Not even to my worst enemy. NEVER. Their after sales service is terrible. Almost a month since my solar pump had issues and nothing has been done. We have animals and plants at the farm that heavily rely on water and a single day without water affects us heavily.
They have few engineers and the ones they send behave like they’re doing you a favor. The last one they sent me didn’t even try to have my pump working. (That’s the last engineer they sent me 0773 123 420)
When it comes to connecting new customers, you will first have to cry first before they can come to your farm. The moment you pay like this, that’s the last time they stop to care.
I’m speaking this because I have been recommending them clients since i work with farmers. One client of mine that if recommended took close to 2 months before they came to connect her.
Does government of @GovUganda know about this? That solar companies they subsidized upto 60% in funding are giving us substandard services? Or maybe this is the reason they’re not doing better? Maybe government hasn’t paid them yet. Hey @MAAIF_Uganda are you aware.?
Dear @SunCultureKenya you guys used to be better before coming to Uganda, what happened? We thought you’d do better now that you’re here but it just gets worse. You used to supply @TulimaSolarUg and not a single day did they fail to deliver.
The people on customer care don’t care at all. The manager incharge isn’t responsible either. They don’t follow up at all. You have to call them like 100 times to give you feedback…
I’m a business person and I’d decided to let this slide but I think it’s just good to share with them here. I’ve been to their offices physically but they never offered help.
Dear Sunculture Uganda, you can come and disconnect the whole system and take it. Since it has failed to serve the purpose for which it was installed for.
Anyway, with my money I think I can get better services elsewhere. Kindly recommend a GOOD water solar company that will understand farmers plight
